Comets Crew offers products through a combination of on-demand fulfillment and personally stocked merchandise. How your order is delivered will depend on the products purchased and the fulfillment method available for your order.
SHIPPING
Many products available through the Comets Crew online store are made on demand. This means your item is produced after your order is placed and then shipped directly to you through our fulfillment partners.
Production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, shipping destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
CANADA & UNITED STATES
Comets Crew currently supports online shopping for customers in both Canada and the United States, with CAD and USD shopping built directly into our website.
Available shipping options and costs will be displayed during checkout based on your order and destination. For cross-border orders, applicable customs, duties, taxes, or import-related charges may apply.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Your order may occasionally arrive in more than one package.
Because different products can be produced and fulfilled from different locations, items purchased together may ship separately and arrive at different times.
If this happens, it does not necessarily mean part of your order is missing.
LOCAL PICKUP
Comets Crew maintains a physical inventory of select merchandise primarily for markets, vendor booths, community events, and other in-person opportunities.
Local pickup may be available for select items from our physical inventory, but it is not automatically available for every product shown in our online store. Because many online products are produced and shipped directly through our fulfillment partners, they cannot necessarily be redirected for local pickup.
If you would like to arrange local pickup, please contact Comets Crew before placing your order so we can confirm whether the item you want is currently available from our physical inventory.
SHOPPING WITH US IN PERSON
You can also find Comets Crew merchandise at select markets, vendor events, community events, and partner locations. Our in-person inventory may differ from the products available online, and quantities, sizes, colors, and designs vary by location and event.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact Comets Crew as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
