It all began in a butcher shop in Barrhead, Alberta, where Taylor worked for a few years. Her boss struggled with eczema, and the two of them began experimenting with beef tallow — hoping to find a natural solution that actually worked. After plenty of trial and error, they landed on a recipe that soothed, softened, and healed. That very recipe became the foundation for Taylor’s first body balm. From there, things grew naturally. She expanded her line to include soap, lip balm, and most recently, a deeply nourishing tallow-based face cream.

But her connection to natural wellness goes back even further. Raised in the Rocky Mountains as an outfitter’s daughter, Taylor grew up immersed in the world of herbal medicine — fascinated by the healing power of plants and traditional remedies. So when she began blending tallow with essential oils, it felt like everything clicked. Two lifelong passions — tradition and nature — coming together in perfect harmony.
