The first stop of the run landed in Edmonton on October 16 — a night that didn’t need much buildup. From the moment the room filled, the energy was present and responsive, setting the tone early.
The night also featured Diss‑Or‑Daps, an Edmonton-based live hip-hop showcase where artists and audience members are randomly selected to deliver short freestyles, blending performance, commentary, and community interaction into the evening’s momentum.
Once the set found its rhythm, the connection between the stage and the crowd stayed locked in. This wasn’t a passive room — Edmonton fed energy back, track after track, creating moments that only exist in real time.
From behind the lens, this stop was about timing. Low light, constant movement, and a crowd that didn’t slow down once the first beat dropped. Capturing nights like this isn’t about perfection — it’s about preserving the feeling as honestly as possible.
As the opening night, Edmonton set the pace for everything that followed. One city, one night, added to the story.
